Ooh, can I join you for your rake s’mores party?? That looks awesome…odd, but awesome! Yesterday: Hung out with my awesome cousins, was gifted my first iPod touch, rode home on the train.
Today: Did a yoga workout, worked like crazy learning how to use the iPod, tried everything to kick my fast-developing flu.
Have a great upcoming week! Welcome home!

Amanda @ .running with spoons.
Oh lady, I hear ya. I need to sit down and really figure them out myself. We should do it over coffee and banana bread.

I miss your blog posts! Keep them coming, but also take some time for yourself. Enjoy every minute of Ohio!
Sam @ Better With Sprinkles
ahhhh you have to catch me up on your time in Cleveland!!!
Yesterday: went shopping for a birthday outfit (how is that in less than a week already?!?!), saw a few dudefriends I hadn’t hung out with yet since I’d been back, stayed up until 3-ish with chef-friend eating chips and guac and watching movies.
Today: went to the gym, gonna bake some cookies, and watch the walking dead tonight.
Amanda @ .running with spoons.
Less than a week??!?! Holy.snappish. That makes me sad because you were here last year 🙁
Heather@hungryforbalance
The one on adrenal fatigue was very interesting! I hope you have safe travels!

Ooooh, these are good links today. Yesterday I: Missed my race (I thought it was today), ran a long run to make up for it, watched Freddy’s soccer game. Today: Watch Jake’s rugby game, grocery shop, and meal prep for the week. Yay. Glad you had a fun trip and have safe travels back home!

Even though I knew the majority of links in here, I still read more than half of them. Go figure! I’m a link junkie apparently, and I miss you already. Oscar is sad too, although Sam is swinging from the chandelier. 🙂
Amanda @ .running with spoons.
Missing you and Oscar 😥 Sam not so much. I’m just happy she didn’t carry through with her [apparent] plans to snuff me out.

Can’t wait to catch up tomorrow! 3 thing yesterday – long run, shopping and lunch with Michele, out for dinner with my son. 3 things today – catching up on some work, errands and out for lunch.
Amanda @ .running with spoons.
I had to do a double take there because I first read that as “out for dinner with my 3 sons.” I was like… is there something you want to tell me? 😆
Michele @ paleorunningmomma
Have fun, can’t wait to hear about the trip!
Megan @ Skinny Fitalicious
I read that post on sitting. Super interesting but makes sense because not enough people are moving these days. I think back to when I was a kid how active I was. I think kids now are glued to their phones or iPads.
