It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas…
… and I don’t hate it! I know, I know — you’re not the only ones who want to smack me for being excited to see the white stuff — but I can’t help it! Not only does snow mean I can go snowboarding soon, but it also means that Christmas is right around the corner, and I know you guys are looking forward to that just as much as I am. I can’t even tell you how hard it’s getting for me to force myself to wait until December 1st to bust out the Christmas decor, but I’m doing my best [by keeping myself distracted with way too much internet browsing] π
Hope you guys enjoy the Link Love this week! And don’t forget to add your own! I may introduce a new feature starting next week where I highlight the top 3 or 4 links that were clicked from the week before. We’ll see how it goes!

One of my goals in life is to make it on your link love list π
but really, I always love all your favorites.
and I’m in Richmond, VA and secretly envious of your snow. But don’t tell anyone I said that. They’ll kick me out for sure.
Monique @ Ambitious Kitchen

Yesterday: homework, horseback riding, and leftovers from the 13 course bday dinner I made my uncle on Friday!
Today: Filmed a video I’m SUPER excited about, took my Mac into the doctors at Apple (and had to leave it there! Noooooo), and had oatmeal for dinner π

Amanda @ .running with spoons.
Get well soon, Mac! I’ve had to do that on a few separate occasions and it really is scary to realize how empty I feel without my laptop on hand π

I am all for snow in November! Too bad we haven’t had any snow days yet in my region of the world. Great roundup…Happy Sunday, Amanda π Have an awesome week!

Cannot believe how so many people are getting snow already! It’s crazy…We just got lots of rain and grey days this weekend…I’m ready for the sun to come out tomorrow morning. π Have a beautiful start to the new week! xoxo

Snow is so pretty, but shoveling and having to dig out my car are not so pretty. lol I won’t hate on you too much ;o)
Yesterday: went with my brother’s fiancΓ© to get a dress (!!!) and she said YES (!!!), baked a pumpkin cheesecake dessert, and watched Magic Mike (mmm) with my mom (not so much). hahah!
Today: baking something else because pumpkin cheesecake was a flop (oof), taking a drive to exchange Eagles’ gear, and watch the Eagles’ game later!
Irina
I have so many thoughts and feelings about snow (haha) – I’m actually super excited for NYC’s first snowfall of the season but of course I’m dreading the inevitable sub-zero temps and frigid wind. Tis’ the season!
Sam @ Better With Sprinkles
I’m tolerating the cold surprisingly well. I took Atti to the dog park yesterday and we were out there for like an hour and a half and I didn’t feel like I was freezing to death! So there’s that.
Yesterday: took the dog to the park, watched Breaking Bad, studied up for my interviews Monday.
Today: more studying, going to a Christmas Bazaar in town, going to bed early.
Amanda @ .running with spoons.
But the real question is… did Atti have his booties? π
Hollie
I always enjoy your links because I feel like we read a lot of the same things. Thanks for sharing my post about periods Amanda! I really hope other woman are able to see and learn from it as well. π
Khushboo
Thanks so much for the link share, love :)! I’m definitely loving the Christmas feel, even if that’s merely in the form of the red cups at Starbucks! Three things I did yesterday involve lunch having a lie-in, going out to lunch with my sis & cousin & grabbing a coffee at Starbucks
Cassie
Thanks for sharing my post this week! So glad so many people enjoyed it!
Yesterday: long run, mani/pedi, went to Petaluma to have dinner with a friend from home
Today: hiking with Kay & Gina, some food prepping, having dinner with friends from home!
Tina Muir
Thank you for featuring my post pretty lady! I appreciate it! So many good links up, I am definitely struggling on Facebook, but will check out that link right away. By the way, those cookies are still burned int o my mind….yummmm

It’s totally acceptable to be pumped for xmas already – I am! The painful thing is I already have my advent calendar (Lindt!) and every day I have to resist opening it… ow.
Amanda @ .running with spoons.
I’m still looking for a good Advent calendar! Most of the nice ones I’ve found “may contain traces of peanuts,” so I might have to end up looking for one that is filled with something like makeup instead π
Lauren @ The Bikini Experiment
The snow looks so pretty! Thanks for all the great links. Good reading!
EVA
Dude, awesome links this week!
Yesterday: went to class, finished my meteorology final exam study sheet, started Orange is the New Black
Today: Lil’ grocery shopping, getting a buttload of new comics, painting my toenails!
Lisa @ Running Out Of Wine
I saw a few flurries this week but nothing stuck. I usually like snow the first time we get a dusting, but I get sick of it real quick! I also don’t mind it the days I don’t have to go anywhere, or if I get a day off of work:) But shoveling is no fun!
Lots of great links this week!
meredith @ The Cookie ChRUNicles
I am not interested in snow this year. As I get older, I find myself not liking it as I did when I was younger…Three things yesterday – short run, shopping, out for dinner…Three things today – 10k race, I think ice skating after that with my son and maybe baking some donuts.
Megan @ Skinny Fitalicious
I cannot even imagine snow right now. Last night I was sitting on the porch after dinner writing posts. The weather was perfect and gorgeous. Mid 70’s in AZ. I think I would die if it snowed. Lol…
Michele @ paleorunningmomma
I’m going to be excited the first time I see snow too! But then it gets really old the first time I have to shovel a foot of it. Loved some of these articles from this past week. The restricted versus limited diet one stuck out to be because sometimes taking care of yourself really does mean NOT eating certain foods, and it’s important to understand motives for the way we choose to eat.
Amanda @ .running with spoons.
Not wanting to shovel snow was actually one of the reasons I bought a condo instead of a house π And I agree about having to avoid certain foods for health reasons — it’s unfortunate and not always easy to admit, but it really is true.
