Heather @ Kiss My Broccoli
LOVE the diet tips article…especially the part about how all calories aren’t created equal! And really, I honestly thought that eating smaller, more frequent meals throughout the day DID keep your metabolism up…hmm!
Can’t wait to read Laura’s post about body image! Thanks for linking that!
Meghan@CleanEatsFastFeets
I actually read this and several of the links on Sunday. Why am I just now commenting? I don’t know, but I really enjoyed the farmers markey pictures and things only book readers love. It’s practically blasphemous to get a book back in tatters.
I’ve also been trying to ignore my email first thing in the a.m., along with doing some morning meditation and/or stretching. While I know I should also take a completely unplugged day each week, I’m not sure I’ll actually do it….all the more reason why I should though. I guess I came back today to say, you’ve got my wheels turning. Thanks.
Laura Agar Wilson (@lauraagarwilson)
Thank you for the link love petal! So glad that you enjoyed that post π
Floey
I can’t believe fall is almost here….
Natasha
I found this article about how “clean eating” is a myth, and it TOTALLY is exactly the way I feel about the way I eat now, and from following your blog, I’m sure you will agree with practically everything it says. This blog post was super eye opening for me!!! I think you will definitely enjoy it!

Oh girl, I am in LOVE with that post. Thanks so much for sharing!
Jessie
I just smiled from ear to ear with excitement of this upcoming recipe… involving nut butter I hope π π
Arman @ thebigmansworld
The book one… those gifs are priceless! So pumped for your almond butter recipe to come- everything I have made of yours has been a success so no doubt this will be too. Well, it better be π
By the way thanks again for the link last week regarding blog designs and headers- now that I’ve made the switch to wordpress, I can’t wait to experiment with it!
Khushboo
Great links, especially Girl Rules! I have actually never come across Carly’s blog till now..and I’m glad I did because she is hilarious!!

I need to give up my “perfectionism” quality when it comes to try to do the best when I am hosting. I get so hard on myself if I don’t do it exactly right and I need to CHILL and get the heck over it!!! Ha! I am however, not a perfectionist for a lot of other things, but when it comes to hosting, I am… I need to RELAX!!
Oh and I am happy to report, that Forbes list – Yep, That’s me! π
Chelsea @ Chelsea's Healthy Kitchen
Haha I love that list of book lover problems – they are all SO true. I’ve definitely cried while reading in public (Fried Green tomatoes, so good), had the ending of a book spoiled for me (thank you 7th grade BFF Katie), and been pissed off about the death of characters (Game of Thrones, gahhhhh)!
One post I really liked this week is this one from Tara: http://www.sweatlikeapig.com/2013/08/23/the-strong-woman-with-a-firecracker-metabolism.
Amanda @ .running with spoons.
Gah! GoT just -wrecked- me. With all the chars dropping like flies, I’m starting to worry that my favourite ones are next. And hol.snap that’s a great link. Seriously makes me do a happy dance to read things like that.
Alison @ Daily Moves and Grooves
The “Worst Diet” link is great! And the berry baked oatmeal also looks delicious.

Productivity inspiration? Sign me up! And there’s never enough happiness so I’ll make sure to check that link, too. As well as many others, too, actually.
The book lovers’ list? Number 5 happened to me recently and I still have a hard time wrapping my head around the fact. Is that really … possible?
Jenn’s Banana Bread was one of my picks, too. In fact, one of the few reasons that keeps me from making it is knowing I won’t be able to go through a whole loaf on my own fast enough. How about you bake it and send me half ;)?
Great picks once again. Now if only there were more hours in the day to read all of them :). I’ll find a way …
Amanda @ .running with spoons.
Banana bread actually freezes really well, so you could always just freeze half and then defrost it when a craving hits π
Olivia @ Liv Lives Life
You always have *the best* link roundup. My favorite this week is GMO NO. Definitely passing that one on.
Oh, and I love that farmer’s market collage up there. Makes me happy. π
Lauren
I am so happy about the fact I just looked to my right and saw 2 brown bananas on our counter π Happy dance! And LOL to the book lover’s article. I hate when movies are nothing like the book and completely ruin it. Totally unforgiveable. My weekend has been pretty great considering the windows are open and it SMELLS like fall. Can it be fall forever, please?
jenn @ runnderlust
Absolutely loved all these links! I love that I just got so many tips on how to be more productive yet I’m spending my morning reading links on a computer, haha. Great finds!

Thanks for the link love Amanda! I let Crista know and she’s super excited that you shared it! π
These links look great! I love the book lovers one and Girls Rule was definitely an awesome post!
On the agenda for today…workout, cook, get ready to go back to work tomorrow (not happy about this one!) and enjoy this gorgeous weather we’re having! Happy Sunday!
Oh yeah…and I can’t wait to see what recipe you’ll be posting with almond butter! So excited!
Sarah @PickyRunner
I always love your link love posts. It’s such a great way to find new blogs that I haven’t read before! Happy Sunday π
Ksenija @ Health Ninja
Haha, just baked Jenn’s Dark Chocolate Banana Bread and devoured the first slice – it’s amazing! I also love to read through a few of your links: tips on being more productive, great!
Amanda @ .running with spoons.
That girl can seriously do no wrong when it comes to the kitchen. I just bought a crazy amount of bananas that are all going to ripen at the same time, so I definitely see some banana bread in my very near future.
Alex @ therunwithin
I really love these posts, always looking for good reads on a Sunday. It is nice to see some great posts highlighted
Eating 4 Balance
Oh, #16 on the book reading list totally! I don’t know how many times something happens and then I’m like “This reminds me of [such and such].” But whoever I’m speaking to has NO idea what I’m talking about! Ugh. That’s the worst. Especially with Harry Potter or other popular book references.
Really liked that unrealistic body image one. I will never ever have a small butt. And I just need to accept that fact.
NSYNC got a twitter: http://www.buzzfeed.com/hunterschwarz/nsync-just-joined-twitter Lol. My favorite part is when the article says: The @NSYNC Twitter account has now been verified. This is for real, folks. This is not a drill.
Christine@ Apple of My Eye
Hahah the 17 pProblems Only Book Lovers Will Understand cracked me up!! Perfect memes to go along with them too π
Kate @ Quarter Century Southern Living
I absolutely love these posts and your reading recommendations! Thank you for the weekly updates on what’s hot!
Sam @ Better With Sprinkles
I love hoe you give me Sunday morning reading π The book lovers link – 100% accurately. particularly number 3 (and not just because it’s a jack skellington gif), 7 (whyyyyyy GoT?!?!) 11, and 14.
Amanda @ .running with spoons.
Omg don’t even get me started on GoT! What happened to Ned in the first book? I seriously had to read that like 3 times because I just couldn’t believe it. And then everyone else started dropping like flies! Like wtf, Martin!?!
Davida @ The Healthy Maven
How awesome do those banana date blondies look? Pinned them right after I saw them! So many overripe bananas on hand. Hoping I have time today to make them π Have a wonderful rest of your weekend!
meredith
Thanks for the links -I thought of you this morning when I read this post -http://www.crazyforcrust.com/2013/08/me-and-weight/ Not sure if you already saw it or follow her blog but I think her sentiments hold value for all of us in some way and in some way, we can all relate, sympathize, understand and learn. Enjoy the rest of your weekend – I am taking my son into Manhattan for the day so that he learns to appreciate the city and not take it for granted as I have all my life lol.
Amanda @ .running with spoons.
That was a really great read! Thanks for sharing, Meredith. I hope you have a great day in the city with your son π
Kelly @ Femme Fitale
Love the “Worst Diet Tips” link!!!
Have a great Sunday π
