Happy Sunday, friendly faces! 😀
How the heck has your weekend been?! Mine’s been… busy. And it’s not even that I had anything huge and exciting planned — just a lot of random little errands and tasks that ended up taking up the bulk of my day. And I may or may not have spent around 3 hours planning and booking an upcoming vacation… which might sound nice, but by the end of it I was stressed to the max and about a hairsbreadth away from passing out. Oi.
Remember when the weekend used to be for relaxing and having fun? For hanging out with friends and not worrying about responsibilities until late Sunday night? What happened to those days?! Now it seems like my weekends are even busier than my weekdays.
But enough about that. Today is all about the Link Love, so I hope you enjoy the handful of links I picked out for you guys this week! And today also happens to be the start of National Eating Disorders Awareness Week, so I’ll be seeing you tomorrow with an ED-related post!
For my head…

Thanks for the link love! I can’t wait to read that post on sleeping tips – I’ve been having the worst sleeps lately.
3 things I did Saturday: did a back workout, went to the mall, and went out to a bar for a frind’s birthday
3 things I did Sunday: went out for brunch and hung out on my couch with a hangover all afternoon while marathoning through Dawson’s Creek haha.

I’m so excited to hear more about your vacay though! You take such beautiful pictures and I can’t wait to see how you capture it. 🙂

Work…work…work! That is all my weekend was composed of. Starting to say goodbye to coworkers so that has been pretty sad. I am going to miss them so much when I moved. They are like my second family. I’ve shared so much with them in the past 7 years
Mattie @ Comfy & Confident
I love all the blog links! I find them so helpful and I never get sick of reading them.

Three things I did today (since it is already evening): went to church, tried a french macaroon for the 1st time, and visited a local museum.

Okay I am so glad that I came to read this post today because it’s full of so many great links from a week when I was barely at the computer– thanks for keeping me updated, love! Also, this is so bad but I pretty much had no idea that it was National Eating Disorder Awareness Week. Thanks so much for bringing that to my attention… I’ve gotta work it into the bloggy this week. Also, YAY for that article about why we don’t have to give up coffee. 😉 I’ve gotten very into it again lately and am veryyy happy to read those great reasons! Hope you are having a good weekend… Albeit a busy Sunday!! Xox

I’ve never had cronuts either and I so want to give them a try… might have to give that recipe a try! I totally feel you when it comes to the weekends being so busy… enjoy what’s left of it! 🙂

I’m certainly feeling better about my pre-yoga morning cup of joe right about now. Thanks for that, although truth be told, my muscles don’t really need to be any looser.
I thoroughly enjoyed the waste less food hacks. The cake/bread trick as amazing. I have to try it the next time I have cake on hand. I already do the cheese thing because it’s sacrilegious to let cheese go bad.
I also love the secrets to getting things done before noon. Eliminating distractions and multitasking are huge for me. I’ve done the break thing before although not consistently so I need to get on that. You already know most of my writing is done in the a.m. so I’ve got that going for me.
lindsay
i’m all about those food hacks too!
meredith @ The Cookie ChRUNicles
Once again I barely remember yesterday! Hmm. Long run, the mall and food shopping before ANOTHER snow storm last night…Three things happening today – laundry, out for lunch and then the Islanders game tonight!

Is there a limit to the number of posts a blogger can link up? That Healthy Helper girl has SIX, which seems a little abusive…oy. At any rate, great links you gathered up. Thanks!
Megan @ Skinny Fitalicious
I know exactly what you mean about being busier on the weekend. I try to schedule in downtime but it’s tough. I look forward to the week just to get back to my routine and get a break. Thanks for including my blogging link!

While not doing it myself I evidenced my parents planning their next holiday in the morning and yes, stressful would be the keyword here. I hope the stress will be all but forgotten once you actually leave for your destination.
Three things I’ll do today: Go for a walk with my mum [right about NOW], read and have family dinner. Did I mention I’m at my parents for the first time since Christmas 😉 ?!
Michele @ paleorunningmomma
Thanks for the link love! I’m having all sorts of anxiety about getting in a run with crazy weather this weekend, so I might need to re-read my own post 🙂 Also thanks for the reminder on NEDA week, a very important one. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Like that article about Vitamin D and calcium. It totally works in keeping you from getting sick. We’ve been taking 50,00 IU Vitamin D3 with Probiotics and have NOT gotten sick once this year! It’s working. Our kids our sick and sneezing and coughing all over us and we’ve been up all night with sick kids and still the Vitamin D has protected us. Holy moly, it works! Go get some today everyone!!!
