Happy Sunday, friendly faces! π
I hope you’re having an awesome weekend and enjoying better weather than we’re getting up here in Edmonton…
We had a big annual summer fair (K-Days) kick off this weekend, and I was really hoping to get a chance to go… buuuuuut it ended up raining on and off for pretty much the whole day so I spent most of my time working inside or running errands instead. Womp, womp. Fingers crossed that the skies clear up today, because even though I’m not the biggest fan of amusement park rides (motion sickness), I still love the atmosphere.
Speaking of love… It’s Sunday, and you know what that means! Time to share the links I’ve been loving over the past week π I hope you guys are having a great day, and I’ll see ya tomorrow with a fun giveaway!

You are always so amazing with your weekly list of links. I was going to try and do something similar on my blog, but it fizzled pretty quickly, as I guess I just didn’t get around to reading enough to find good things to share π
Thanks for hosting the linkup too!
Jen @ Bagels to Broccoli
Great roundup per usual! I definitely think I need to take a break from social media, but every time I try I kinda get the sadz; or a combination of the sadz and super anxiety. This, of course, insinuates even more that I should do it.
Davida @ The Healthy Maven
This was perfect in helping me catch up in the blog world! Mark as read was pretty much my best friend these past two weeks, but it’s nice to be back and find out what’s been going on π

Motion sickness is the worst! Like you said, I love the atmosphere at amusement parks but, I’m usually the one walking around solo or holding my friends stuff as they ride roller coasters or other rides I can’t go on haha.
I really enjoyed your blogging links! For years, I’ve sat behind my computer in awe of other bloggers work (silently. I never commented or interacting with them) but I’ve finally decided it’s time for me to get out there. I’m still learning but it feels good to be a part of a community that shares my passion. Thanks, Amanda π

I loved the unbelievable acts of kindness link. It helped my mood. π
Sam @ Better With Sprinkles
Thanks for including my post love!! I love rides…it’s weird though. Give me the craziest roller coaster ever and I’m happy, but anything that swings (like a swinging ship…or…you know…regular swings) make me so incredibly nauseous.
Yesterday: groceries in the rain, went out for dinner, went to see a local show downtown.
Today: vacuuming, going to a festival downtown….and…ugh…probably watching TV at some point?
Laur
I hope the weather clears up for you! I love little local festivals so much. I’m not really sure why, either. Maybe it’s all the local flare?
Yesterday: Went for a run, got Chipotle for dinner (always a highlight), and saw Sex Tape.
Today: Uhm… possibly baking a peach upside down cake… err, or something with peaches, local orchard to get ALLTHEFRUIT, and possibly hanging out with a friend.
Amanda @ .running with spoons.
You always make me jealous with your Chipotle trips… when you inviting me along?!?! π
Khushboo

I feel for you on the motion sickness. I went to Disney world last year for a week and last 1 day with rides. My body or brain or something couldn’t take it. I never used to feel funky on rides. Must be old age!
