Well I’m excited it’s the first day of June because I’m counting down my days until Summer vacation. I know I shouldn’t brag, this is why so many people dislike teachers. I will really be celebrating when we get to July 1st!
Amanda @ .running with spoons.
I’ll be celebrating July 1st a well! But mostly because it’s Canada Day up here π
Heather @ The Soulful Spoon
Thank you for including my post Amanda!:) I think we can both relate to the freedom of not obsessing about food anymore to the point of it being unhealthy. Now I obsess more if I run out of something crucial like almond milk or chocolate:)
Lots of love to you and Happy Sunday!:)

How and when do you keep finding all of those great posts?! I immediately had to see what those deskercise ideas included. Unfortunately, I’m afraid many of these work best when you have either your own office or cubicle [we don’t actually have these over here]. Or maybe I just need to see what my colleague and boss do if I started slogging in front of my desk all of a sudden, haha.
Congrats on your feature! I saw it earlier this week and it was only necessary one of the [blog] world’s hugest almond butter fans got a spot in there. Next features: oats and honey π ?!
Lauren
I always feel like the first of the month is cool because there’s always new “limited edition” flavors and sales at stores. Is that weird? Haha. I am such a foodie.
Yesterday: went to a friend’s house, ate Ben and Jerry’s Half Baked ice cream for dinner (necessary, sometimes), and watched 21 jump street (SO FUNNY!)
Today: laying outside, celebrating brother’s girlfriend’s birthday, going to open mic night (maybe?)
Happy Sunday, Amanda!
Amanda @ .running with spoons.
Today was -almost- an ice cream for dinner kind of night for me… but instead it was a Popchips, avocado, and hummus for lunch kind of afternoon π
Cassie
Love all the running links… and gotta check out the almond butter round-up ASAP. Pleaseee get a slow cooker, promise it will change your life!!
YESTERDAY: long run (and death from the heat), dinner with a friend, ate ice cream & a frozen yogurt bar (whoops)
TODAY: yoga, making bullet proof coffee with a friend, going to see Bastille tonight with Angela!
Jessie

You don’t have a crock pot??? OMG get one! They’re the best especially if you’re not a big cooker. Just toss everything in and let it donuts magic. Seriously. Get one. I suppose I should take my own advice and get a new camera. Lol…

How about we pester each other about it at Blend? π
Sam @ Better With Sprinkles
Oooh, those salted caramel cups…off to check those out. And congrats again on being included in the Huffington Post article! You’re just awesome π
Yesterday: went out for sushi, went to the gym to put my name down for the yoga group training sessions (I think I’m going to sign up), bought herbs for a planter on my balcony (because apparently I’ve decided that I can grow things…)
Today: dog park, surprising my momma with her birthday present, cleaning.
Happy Sunday love!
